Description of organisation
235 pupils and 22 teachers, 8. - 10. grade. Pupils from 37 different countries at school.
The northwest cost of Norway.
The school has a visionç "Knowledge and Life Courage". Therefore the priorities are the core subjects such as Norwegian, Maths, English and Science, but also working with Assessment and Basic Values.
The values are founded in the "Mot" organisation goals.
1) the courage to say No
2) the courage to Care
3) the courage to Live
We have 20 pupils with special needs. Nearly 25% of the pupils have parents from other countries. The pupils come to Skarbovik Secondary School from two feeder primary schools, Hessa and Aspoy.
